Garden

In March 2009, I created a garden in collaboration with garden- and outdoor specialist Vicky Stork. There we grow a lot of different vegetables for the
restaurant "Het rijk van de Keizer".
We experiment with unfamiliar, indigenous and exotic vegetables, herbs and flowers. Whenever our harvest is not sufficient to cook for all the many guests,
small suppliers in the near vicinity provide supplement.
